Commercial Building Finishing Work in Progress — AKS Constructions, Trivandrum

A commercial building has to be strong, functional and impressive — because it represents a business. We are proud to share that Mr. Vijayakumar's commercial building in Trivandrum has reached its finishing stage, and the results are looking excellent. As experienced commercial building contractors in Trivandrum, AKS Constructions has managed this project from foundation to finish.

Bright, Spacious and Ready for Business

As the photos show, the main floors are now fitted with premium vitrified tile flooring that gives a clean, glossy, professional look. The large open spans and column-supported balconies allow plenty of natural light and air — ideal for shops, offices or showrooms. The walls are fully plastered and smoothed, ready for painting and final fit-out.

Staircase and Railing Work

A standout feature at this stage is the staircase, finished with marble and granite steps for a durable, elegant appearance. Strong MS steel railings have been installed around the stair landings for safety, combining a modern look with practical strength. Well-built staircases like these handle heavy daily footfall — exactly what a commercial space needs.

Attention to Detail at the Finishing Stage

Finishing is where quality really shows. From level, gap-free tile laying to neat wall plastering and clean railing fabrication, every detail at Mr. Vijayakumar's project has been carried out under close supervision. This is the standard that makes AKS Constructions a trusted name for commercial building construction in Trivandrum.
