AKS Constructions recently completed the RCC roof slab concreting work for our client Mr. Vijayakumar at Vanchiyoor, Thiruvananthapuram. This stage is one of the most important milestones in any building project, and our team carried it out with strict attention to quality and safety.
Before the concrete pour, our experienced team laid the complete steel reinforcement grid, set up accurate shuttering (formwork), and positioned the beam reinforcement cages as per the structural drawing. Electrical conduits were also embedded at the correct points so the slab is service-ready once cured. Proper bar spacing, lapping, and cover were maintained throughout to ensure long-term strength and durability of the roof.
A green safety net was installed around the entire work area to keep the site secure during the slab work — something we follow on every project.
