• Working as an Approved Valuer by the council of the Institution of Valuers INDIA under the category of Immovable Property having Fellow Number F: 21866 and is Registered as a Valuer under Section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act 1957.
• Working as an Arbitrator approved by Indian Institution of Technical Arbitrators.
• Working as a Chartered Engineer [ INDIA ] approved by the Institution of Engineers ( INDIA ).
• Working as a Structural Engineer approved by the Indian Society of Structural Engineers ( ISSC ).

• “Approved Valuer” authorized by Institution of valuers India (IOV) – 2016. ( F:21866)
• Registered as valuer u/s.34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957 for the class of assets (Immovable properties) from the Register of Valuers maintained in the Office of the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, I-9/AV/CC-TVM/2019-20.
